Welcome to SpriteCutter. By accessing or using our service at spritecutter.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

SpriteCutter is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to inspect sprite sheets, extract individual sprites, and generate coordinate data for use in game development and related projects.

3. User Responsibilities and Content Ownership

• You own all rights to the images you upload, OR you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to use such images.
• Your use of the images complies with all applicable copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and third-party terms of service.
• You will not upload or process any content that infringes upon the rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.

We do NOT collect, store, or monitor any images you upload. All image processing occurs locally in your browser. However, you remain fully responsible for ensuring your use of any content complies with all applicable laws and third-party agreements.

4. No Warranties - "AS IS" Service

SpriteCutter is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the images and content you upload. We claim no ownership over your content.
